शिव स्वरोदय
Śiva Svarodaya
Śiva Svarodaya
Śiva Svarodaya is a traditional text of svara-yoga, presented as a dialogue between Śiva and Pārvatī. It teaches how to observe which nostril the breath is flowing through — iḍā (left, lunar), piṅgalā (right, solar) or suṣumnā (both) — and links each state with the elements (tattvas) and with favourable times for different kinds of action. This course explains the text faithfully as a tradition of breath awareness and timing, to be explored as contemplative practice rather than as medical or predictive certainty.
